EU-kommisjonen vedtok 21. mai 2014 nytt gruppeunntak for offentlig støtte. Det nye gruppeunntaket ble innlemmet i EØS-avtalen 27.juni 2014, og trådte i kraft 1. juli 2014. Det nye regelverket gjør det enklere å tildele offentlig støtte.
KMD har besluttet å benytte engelsk tekst på nytt gruppeunntak med begrunnelse disse skal rapporteres inn på engelsk og med full henvisning til regelverket.
I nedtrekksliste vil både gammelt gruppeunntak (norsk tekst) og nytt gruppeunntak (engelsk tekst) vises tilsvarende som vist på bildet under.
